For clinical assessments, remote RN consultations, wound care evaluations, or caregiver mentoring, clinical intake data and Protected Health Information (PHI) are collected and processed securely via HIPAA-compliant client management platforms (such as Practice Better). Clinical PHI is governed by our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices provided during client onboarding.

Personal Information Automatically Collected

We use data collection technologies, such as Google Analytics, to gather non-personal analytics, including IP address, browser type, device specifications, general geographic location, and browsing behavior on our Site. This information is used strictly to analyze traffic and improve user experience.

 

4. Correcting or Updating Your Information
