Having managed around-the-clock home care for my late father—from home hemodialysis to advanced respiratory support—I understand the quiet exhaustion and immense responsibility family caregivers carry. Caring for him reshaped my mission as a nurse: no family should have to navigate complex clinical choices, fragmented systems, or caregiver burnout alone. Delivered via telehealth, this service provides expert clinical navigation alongside a safe, unhurried space to drop the brave face and be supported. Choosing Your Session: The Essential Caregiver Check-In (30 min | $75) A time-efficient touchpoint for rapid troubleshooting, clinical clarity, or an urgent emotional reset. *Ideal if: You have a pressing clinical question about a symptom or doctor visit; you need 30 minutes of dedicated nurse grounding to steady anxiety; or you need a quick check-in on an existing routine. Focused Caregiver Clarity & Decompression (1 hr | $150) A dedicated session to resolve a specific clinical hurdle while holding space to process emotional strain. *Ideal if: You are prepping questions and records for a major specialist or discharge meeting; daily routines like medications or transfers need troubleshooting; you need meaningful decompression from burnout; or you want consistent monthly mentorship. Comprehensive Caregiver Clarity & Decompression (2 hr | $250) An intensive, unhurried deep dive to examine your full caregiving landscape without rush. *Ideal if: You are navigating a major transition (hospital discharge, new diagnosis, hospice entry); you need to coordinate multiple home agencies and equipment into a master plan; you are deeply exhausted and need ample space to unpack; or this is your first comprehensive intake. Cancellation Policy
Nursing services, health consultations, and concierge care provided through this practice complement, but do not replace, primary physician care, medical diagnoses, or prescription management. All mandatory medical history, HIPAA privacy, and informed consent forms must be completed online prior to your appointment. Services requiring physician orders—such as complex wound care—require clinical verification before care is rendered. All care is delivered strictly within state RN scope of practice rules, and the nurse reserves the right to pause or decline care if clinical conditions warrant medical escalation. Cancellation Policy: We understand plans change! Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less notice or missed entirely will be charged the full service fee. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us protect dedicated care time for every client.
