Cancellation Policy

Nursing services, health consultations, and concierge care provided through this practice complement, but do not replace, primary physician care, medical diagnoses, or prescription management. All mandatory medical history, HIPAA privacy, and informed consent forms must be completed online prior to your appointment. Services requiring physician orders—such as complex wound care—require clinical verification before care is rendered. All care is delivered strictly within state RN scope of practice rules, and the nurse reserves the right to pause or decline care if clinical conditions warrant medical escalation. Cancellation Policy: We understand plans change! Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less notice or missed entirely will be charged the full service fee. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us protect dedicated care time for every client.
