Service Description
Dedicated to clinical excellence and quality recovery, this service delivers expert, patient-centered wound care directly from a Registered Nurse, tailored to your needs and optimal healing. Every visit provides thorough assessment, professional dressing changes strictly per clinical standards, and ongoing guidance to support long-term recovery. Core Clinical Support Comprehensive Evaluation: Detailed assessments and staging to track tissue healing and prevent complications. Specialized Care: Professional dressing changes, wound cleansing, and advanced care per physician orders. Caregiver Coaching & Telehealth: Dedicated instruction and virtual consults to ensure confident home management. Choosing Your Session The Essential Care Session (30 min | $75) A focused clinical touchpoint for routine maintenance, dressing refreshes, or simple progress checks. Ideal if: You have a straightforward single-site wound (clean surgical incision, minor laceration, or skin tear); you want an RN to assess tissue health and rule out infection; or your care plan is already established. VIRTUAL Consult & Caregiver Coaching (45 min | $85) A dedicated telehealth consultation guiding patients and family caregivers through wound care protocols. Ideal if: A caregiver needs real-time coaching on aseptic technique and dressing application; you need guidance selecting appropriate supplies; you want RN visual triage before escalating to a clinic; or you live outside the in-person service area. The Focused Care Session (1 hr | $150) A comprehensive in-person visit providing skilled clinical attention for moderate or slow-healing wounds. Ideal if: You manage one wound site; you want in-person caregiver training during treatment; or you need clinical measurements documented for your physician. The Comprehensive Care Session (2 hr | $250) An intensive, unhurried session designed for complex cases, multiple wound sites, or baseline assessments. Ideal if: You manage multiple wound sites or bilateral leg wounds; you require advanced care like wound VAC management or deep packing; this is an initial baseline intake; or pain and mobility limitations require a gentle pace with rest breaks. Cancellation Policy
Nursing services, health consultations, and concierge care provided through this practice complement, but do not replace, primary physician care, medical diagnoses, or prescription management. All mandatory medical history, HIPAA privacy, and informed consent forms must be completed online prior to your appointment. Services requiring physician orders—such as complex wound care—require clinical verification before care is rendered. All care is delivered strictly within state RN scope of practice rules, and the nurse reserves the right to pause or decline care if clinical conditions warrant medical escalation. Cancellation Policy: We understand plans change! Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less notice or missed entirely will be charged the full service fee. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us protect dedicated care time for every client.
